The La Rocca tradition of dessert making began 60 years ago in Naples, Italy where our family’s passion for the art of baking inspired the many original and unique recipes we have today.

La Rocca Creative Kitchen is built upon a decades-long tradition of innovation and artistry in baking. This innovation centre and dessert boutique is a hub for research and development for new and creative desserts, inspires new creative talent, and is an interactive space to engage with the community. Our Chefs challenge themselves every day with the goal of making food more fun, more beautiful, and more delicious.

We create uniqueness in every dessert by mixing together fresh and delicious ingredients, which we source locally and from around the world.
